Rockstar Games absolutely nailed it with RDR2. The world feels alive — snow crunches under your boots, your horse responds to your every command, and the story? Oh man, it's cinematic gold. 🎬

Chapter 1 throws us right into the freezing mountains of Colter. The gang is on the run, and the tension is real. There’s no time for slow intros — you're instantly in survival mode. Food is scarce, trust is thinner than the ice you’re riding over, and loyalty is tested from the start.


👩 Playing Through the Eyes of a Heroine..!!

Now, you might be wondering — "RDR2 doesn’t have a playable female protagonist in the main story, right?"

Correct — but here’s the fun part. I decided to experience this chapter as if I were my favorite in-game heroine — Sadie Adler. This is roleplay meets real gameplay.

Sadie may not be the main character in Chapter 1, but imagining her rising from the ashes of her trauma — her home destroyed, her husband killed — adds a whole new emotional layer to the experience. As I played Arthur, I kept imagining how Sadie would view every moment — cold, hurt, angry, but determined. And honestly? It made the game hit even harder.
